Real good news, just got word that Mr.J.Medeiros has been nominated for a MTVU contest, with the video “Neon Signs” (above).

Basically the way the contest works is….MTV selects 5 videos and places them on the site for the readers to vote, whoever wins, gets constant rotation for 2 weeks on MTV. That is major exposure for an underground artist, grinding hard and trying to get the word out on his work.

Mr. J like many artists that we proudly support here at WIB, represents all that is great about a good talented underground artist, working extra hard to get his music heard by as many people as possible.
