Mike the $eventh‘s single “Jay Leno” is a display of stream of consciousness raps over a mellow, hazy soundscape provided by producer Daylo Raymonz. The track is somewhat reflective as well and displays Mike’s blend of bravado and insightful bars about being in tune with oneself and then some. “Jay Leno” is taken from his new project It Finally Happen. A 7 track project that explores the rapper’s journey thus far in the thing called life. From the intro track “Voicemails” to the solemn “Adult $wim” or the hazy/dreamy herb-influenced “Kaioken.” Mike sure gives listeners a wide variety of sounds to vibe with.

In his own words Mike the $eventh describes himself and his music with three words, “Rap, Cartoons, and Jordan 1s”.
