Marvin Harley is a twenty-one year old emcee from Tampa, Florida. He has been doing local shows around the state for about a year and a half including, Tampa, Orlando, and St. Petersburg. While putting out three of his own mixtapes and being apart of five others Marvin has begun to make a name for himself. With having a noticeable collaboration with Sacramento rapper, Chuuwee that is available on iTunes, and opening up for Curren$y on the Drive-in Theatre tour. he just recently debuted his first video “Just Chill’ off his most recently dropped project Smile Cool, which dropped on March 31, 2016.
