Leicester based songstress Mahalia teams up with Little Simz for her newest record “Proud Of Me”. An inspirational record that is super soulful and also has that head nodding hip-hop vibe to it. The smooth production courtesy of Maths Times Joy fits Mahalia’s alluring and commanding vocals like a glove. As per usual Mahalia delivers down to heart verses detailing her ups and downs in life and music and finally realizing that her sole aim is to make her family proud of her achievements.

Mahalia released her debut single “Sober” last summer which to date has amassed over 13 million streams and seen her social media following swell to over 100k. Following the release Mahalia graced the Berlin online platform COLOR’s, where her performance of “Sober” has accumulated over 5 million views! ( link ). She subsequently sold out her first UK. Her next live move will be supporting BRIT’s Critics Choice winner Jorja Smith on her UK tour next month. In addition, Mahalia will be touring the UK, Ireland and Europe on a 14 -date tour in March which includes two sold-out London shows at Omeara.

On May 1st, the day of her 20th Birthday, Mahalia will play her biggest London show to date at the Scala. Tickets are available now HERE
