Chase Martin returns to our site with his latest release “Jimmy Butler”, a bravado-driven track that sees the emcee in his element as he taps into the never say die spirit of the NBA player of the same name. Backed by a modern and soulful soundscape, he delivers a fiery performance ripe with insightful raps. He reminds us that he is on his grind and is fully focused on his goals with lines like “That’s why I grind hard and never faking the funk/Never ask for a hand out ’cause I just take what I want/My mind on bigger things, let’s see what the city brings/If I dream, only one way to see I leave the team-I’m Jimmy Butler“.
Chase Martin was born and raised in Easley, South Carolina in the early 2000s and found love and passion for music at a fairly young age. He started recording himself shortly after 8th grade and hasn’t looked back since.
