Multi-talented East London-raised singer KIANJA returns with a retro-tinged R&B tune “Salty” which dives into the struggles she faced with an ex. From being gaslighted, emotionally abused and neglected, KIANJA runs through a gamut of emotions that come from pain leading to her finding the strength to come out of it a new and better person. The production is quite rich and silky and oozes a mix of 80s vibes with a modern touch while KIANJA’s soul-stirring melodies keep audiences locked in from start to finish.
