UK emcee JoshFruzza‘s new single “Gyallis” is an upbeat, bravado-laden drill track that explores how a young man deals with heartbreak by adopting a devil-may-care attitude and defiance to suppress his hurt. Over a punchy drum groove and gloomy strings backed by pulsating basslines, JoshFruzza delivers raw, unfiltered bars laced with in-your-face, toxic masculine attitude, used as a way to deal with being heartbroken in the past. It’s na interesting look at modern society through the lens of the young man finding his footing in an unforgiving world, and it’s relatable as well.
