Zambian-born, Sydney-based artist Jeida Woods brings whole new energy on his debut single titled “Selfless”. He recruits the production prowess of Lucianblomkamp (known for his extensive work with grammy-nominated 6LACK.) who provides a gloomy yet heartwarming backdrop for Woods emotion-laden performance.  The rising star sure knows how to tug at our hearts as he details the ebbs and flows of being in love and all the intricacies that go into said emotion.

The video is pretty cinematic too and shows Jeida Woods having a spat with his girl before going for a long bike ride to possibly clear his mind. Anyway, we won’t give too much of it so hit the play button to see what really happens at the end.

Jeida Woods wears many hats; singer, songwriter, producer, and model. The now 20-year-old start pursuing a music career at age 15, learning to write and produce in his bedroom. His music centers around stories of dark romance, intimacy, and breakups; sonically fitting perfectly alongside Bryson Tiller, Partynextdoor and The Weeknd’s early mixtape days.
