As Ivy Sole prepares to drop the new album CANDID, they share the latest single “Bamboo” with its accompanying visuals. The sultry-voiced singer delivers a soulful and heartwarming performance over the groovy and nostalgia-inducing production laid before them. The record is a reflection of the aftermath of a dissolved relationship and runs through the different emotions that occur as Ivy Sole comes to the realization that things will not be the same. The song was produced by Ivy Sole with the help of Corey Smith-West of Brooklyn duo Bathe.

The DP Jesse Bronstein directed visual is shot on the beach and has a moody, solemn aesthetic as viewers follow Ivy sole draped by the entrancing transformation of the skyline and ocean as the day develops while self-referential, ironic subtitles add a lighter tone to the offering.
