Heaping Teaspoon is a jazz/hip-hop band conceived last year in San Diego, CA. The 7 members musical team caught our attention with their latest release “Protect Yo Heart.” A soulful and rousing piece that dwells on cutting off all types of negativity.
Bolstered by the multi-layered arrangement made up of pulsating basslines, glorious horns, rumbling drums, and the vocals of Lady Ri, Jon The Funky Monk, and Trevy James. The band riles up all the positivity they can get their hands on and deliver an uplifting jam that we truly need to get our day going.
