Emerging singer/songwriter/producer HART‘s new single “These Days” is a self-written, produced single that showcases her talents behind the microphone and in front of the boards. Production-wise, HART employs an experimental approach with elements of dark pop, electronic pop and trip-hop aesthetics. Her vocals have an airy feel with breathy textures that allow her to seamlessly merge with the non-conforming soundscape to add an extra layer of depth to the track. On the other hand, the songwriting is quite insightful and dives into relatable themes such as escapism and coming to terms with personal vices and the ultimate effects of doing so.

The visual style uses copious amounts of performance shots spliced with cut scenes and b-rolls that give off a sepia-toned, nostalgic cinematic feel.

London born, Sheffield bred, HART is a producer of smooth soulful, jazzy arrangements, as well as progressive nu-jazz designed to massage the ear canals.
