Emerging rapper Fungai kicks off the year with “Nuthin”, an engaging tune that showcases his vivid storytelling prowess. Bolstered by producer Nasper Incoming’s punchy boombap soundscape reminiscent of the 90s, Fungai shares the story of him convincing a lady that he is the right man for her. It is a mix of boasting and flexing but Fungai adds some extra layers as he delivers his verses in an unapologetic manner and throws in some great reasons why she should be with him.
The song is accompanied by an animated visual crafted by Joseph chitsa aka souls of color who makes use of hand drawn animation of how Fungai makes his move for the lady who caught his eye.
