As the hip-hop trio Endgame prepares to drop their debut LP, Steel Sharpens Steel they share the third single   “Flask Of Siddhartha” to keep fans warmed up. Over the dreamy and ethereal soundscape provided by Pitch 92, rappers Mattic and GT Lovecraft trade smooth deft-defying bars that lift the soul. Overall, “Flask Of Siddhartha” exudes the classic boom-bap with a modern edge underpinned by engaging lyricism.

The three members of Endgame are long-standing friends and collaborators across a number of other projects (Clouds in a Headlock, ASM, Wax Tailor, and a slew of solo releases), and the synergy shines through on this release, which is both a debut for the group and the fruition of years of fellowship and honing of their crafts.
