Here is another beattape from Elyon Beats who is no newbie to Word Is Bond. He calls this one Milestone as a metaphor for how long and how far he has come. This dude is going on a hiatus but no specific reason has been given. I hope it doesn’t take too long for him to score another beat. Milestone is a sombre and very reflective collection. You can feel the emotion overall from the riffs and chords even down to the brevity of the project itself. Elyon promises that there are no samples involved; all the sounds are made from scratch on this EP. I may just create an odd classification for this and call it ‘thinking music’. Check it out.
