British-Nigerian songstress Dyo teamed up with the incomparable Mr. Eazi on her new groovy single titled “Go All The Way”. The energetic jam is the follow up to Dyo’s debut single “Arena” which came out earlier this year and serves uplifting energy for the listeners. ‘Go All The Way’ is about not holding back in your relationship like we tend to, but just to go all out,” says Dyo. “Mr Eazi has such a vibe, the track needed his touch to make it complete.”

The Mahaneela directed visuals celebrates the boundlessness of African creativity and expression with her homage to photographers such as James Barnor – the first photographer to shoot Ghana in colour, who is also renowned for helping put black women onto British magazine covers – Malick Sidibé, Seydou Keïta, and Samuel Fosso.

The work of these photographers documented the formation of the British African diaspora and having begun her own career as a photographer, Mahaneela’s vision was to imagine how their studios might look in 2019 and who would have come by to have their photo taken. As a result, the video features a number of cameos from young creative people of the African diaspora from different disciplines including music, film, photography, poetry, and journalism.

While Dyo’s name is relatively new to most, she’s well established behind the scenes. As a songwriter she’s been nominated for an Ivor Novello award and collaborated with a broad range of internationally renowned names including, Maroon 5, Fifth Harmony and Jacob Banks, as well as penning chart-topping singles for homegrown icons Wiley and Chip. Now it’s time for the world to get to know the woman behind the hits, as Dyo prepares to take centre stage, stepping into the limelight as a recording artist in her own right.
