Long Beach, CA-based  Phoenix-born rapper Dobey Dobe follows up his previous release “Mr. Bands,” with a new single titled “Showers”, which sees him teaming up with producer Kazadi and  Tacoma rapper Jaywop. Bolstered by a sublime and soulful soundscape, the emcees deliver a retrospective and bravado-laden performance. The chorus is heartfelt and dives into finding one’s truth and not losing one’s integrity even in the face of obstacles and temptations of social constructs.
