Singer/songwriter Danny Groenland‘s latest release, “mr loaded” is a socially conscious piece that speaks on the current state of inequality in the US of A. Over a plucky and funky soundscape, the singer lends his voice to the voiceless by questioning the motives of the billionaires who run corporations at the expense of the common man. Lines like
“Mr. Loaded
Haven’t you noticed?
We’ve got nothing
Why don’t you share a little with us”
Underscore Groenland’s views on the matter and how the capitalistic mentality has ruined many lives.
