Chill Bump is a hip hop duo from France that you should definitely check out if you already haven’t.  The duo is out of Tours, France. Miscellaneous (Emcee) is the lead singer of Fumuj and Rytmétix, and has collaborated with Doctor Flake and Metastaz. Bankal (Production) made himself a name in the scratch battle scene.

Their trademark is basic, sample-based beats with versatile flows. The Loop was released December of 2012 and was a banger. ‘Home Sweet Home’ tracks the life of an album (Bill Chump) who gets sold, sampled, and passed on. It puts the term “digging” into context as what happens with the life as an old vinyl. Overall it’s dope EP as are all of the others that are featured on there bandcamp. They also feature five other videos from previous releases on there YouTube page. Look out for Chill Bump’s first full length album to drop next year and in the meantime if your in France catch these dudes on tour!
