Pittsburgh, PA-born, Charlotte, North Carolina-based singer/producer Charles Ham returns with two new tracks “Lost Touch” and “On Sight” as the month comes to a close.
“Lost Touch” is a cinematic urgent tune comprising a triumphant synth arrangement with brooding textures and punchy downtempo drums. Charles proceeds with the demeanour of a go-getter who is focused on his goals. Armed with his rich melodic style and lyrics like
“We just gettin’ started,/
No I’m not done/
Free my cousin Manny/
He still locked up/
Told me as a kid/
I’m a prophet/
Know they hated from the start/
But they never stopped much”
Charles reminds us of his antecedents and the work ahead of him as he continues to make moves.

The second track “On Sight” sees Charles detailing the dynamics of his relationship with that special lady who is ready to go the extra mile for him. Once again, Charles employs his rap-influenced melodic style to great use. His flow is immaculate as he takes audiences on a lucid journey into the life of a young man navigating the complexities of love and making things work on his terms.
