Brooklyn alternative singer/songwriter Cautious Clay begins 2019 with a solid effort titled “Honest Enough”. The song sees the talented act team up with producer Medasin who crafts the perfect gripping canvass for Clay to paint his heartwarming tale of love and all the pros and cons. He really taps into the fine details of the cycle of drama in personal relationships, showing how we cast blame, hide from confrontation and sometimes let the issues linger for too long. He ends it by advising that just the right amount of honest may not be enough but rather we shake up the status quo so everyone involved can come to terms with the situation.

“Honest Enough” is the title track and second single from his forthcoming EP. Cautious will be on tour this winter with Sophie Meiers joining in on his West Coast dates.
