Bedstuy native Cartier J is a young rapper who is just 14 years old but his raps sound way ahead of his time and it’s only right we help share his music with the rest of the world. His new offering titled “Wishing” is a fiery display of solid lyricism filled with bravado and insightful elements that listeners can appreciate. The production is solid as well with an excellent sampling of the classic “Wishing on a star” song.

The visualizer by director Karl Flacko captures the young rapper’s performance style. It’s stylish and straight to the point and sure gets the job done.
