Cincinnati Ohio raised emcee Brandon Isaac displays his unique lyricism in his new offering “Balance.” The record is a mellow, reflective tune that is part bravado, part introspective. From the soulful sample to the rapper’s vivid lyrical stylings, listeners ould get a whiff of what the man is cooking and it’s nothing but pure dope.

The visual is a mix of performance shots, quick-cut scenes, and seamless transitions that capture his unique performance style but ultimately show Brandon is his true element.

Brandon is also a comic. With a stroke of passion, he moved to Atlanta to pursue his dream of being a stand-up comedian. Hard times come fast. Only hours after losing his job, his car broke down. After months of hitting the Atlanta comedy circuit hard, his passion for telling jokes started to decline. To make matters worse, his best friend was brutally murdered back home. Anticipating the beginning of his dreams falling apart, he didn’t know what to do next. It was a defining moment in his career and in his life and he proceeded to ignite his love for music and hasn’t looked back since.

“Balance” is taken from his new EP I’m still healing.
