Eli Colburn – Mothership Connection

Eli Colburn reached out this morning with the above…and I thought it is an amazing piece of audible. Had to share it with all, soulfulness with that Caribbean twist.

Visit his soundcloud page for more.

This is a song involving recordings from two states (South Carolina for Bear’s bass and Tennessee for Tony’s steel pan) over the past three months in order to balance the mix between live recordings and programmed material. We hope you enjoy!

Bass: Chris “Bear” Sharp
Steel Pan: Tony Hartman — Check out his band! www.facebook.com/thegreatbarrierreefs
