Toniey Girl – “Nothing but an ex to me (Mildly Explicit Version)”

Toniey Girl returns with “Nothing but an ex to me (Mildly Explicit Version),” a straight, no-chaser R&B/hip-hop-infused jam about a cheating ex-partner. Delivered unapologetically, Toniey Girl’s sultry vocals cascade over the warm, soulful backdrop with rich melodic tones and engaging songwriting.

VENMC – “A History Lesson:, Pt. 3” (feat. Imp)

VENMC  continues the much-needed teaching with “A History Lesson:, Pt. 3” which features Imp. This time, the emcee shares with us the history of the first Haitian revolution and the parallels of how voilence payed a part in ensuring freedom. In the same vein, he discusses the concept of self-realization to break free of the slave mentality.

Dax – “TEMPTATION”

Dax‘s latest release is entitled”TEMPTATION” and it’s a country/faith-driven record that talks about going through life with constant temptation and fear on all sides. Seems Dax has found a niche with this musical approach and has embraced his melodic side underpinned with religious undertones and reflective elements. As per usual, Dax and his video directors craft a cinematic visual that taps into the lyrics and overall theme of the song.

Every moment of resistance to TEMPTATION is a victory.

Kingdom Kome – “Bullseye”

Kingdom Kome unveils the visuals for his new release “Bullseye.” The new single sees the globe-trotting emcee connecting with his longtime collaborator RUEN, and together they deliver a hard-hitting cut with Kingdom Kome cutting through the opposition with English and Spanish-laden bars. The visual was shot in Puerto Rico and captures the beautiful landscapes as well as performance shots of the rapper in his element. “Bullseye” is the 2nd single from the forthcoming Kingdom Kome x RUEN album Mint Misprints (Walking With Enoch Music). The prior single “No LLove” featuring the legendary D.V Alias Khrist.

Vado Feat. Ron Browz – “VADO Anthem”

Harlem heavyweight Vado returns to the conversation with his new single “VADO Anthem,” featuring and produced by Ron Browz. The track has a punchy drum groove with choirs that chant the rapper’s name throughout as he reminds listeners of his antecedents and status in the rap game. The visuals shot by Panoramic Films have a dark, scenic feel, which enhances the rapper’s mystique.

Orrin – “BLK in America”

Orrin ‘s new single “BLK in America” is a multi-genre piece that highlights the artist’s unorthodox and experimental musical approach. From pop guitar licks, dark trap grooves and moody electronic synths, the rapper reflects on life as a young black man in America. The lyrics are quite profound and relatable, while the animated style harks back to the early days of Play Station and polygon graphics.
