Uniontown-based songwriter Mulu enters our site with his new release titled “ACIDIC”, a lyric-dense track that showcases his verbal prowess to the fullest. The production has an urgent element and dark cinematic aesthetics that work perfectly with Mulu’s commanding vocal tone and expressive cadence. Lines like
“The strength fighting off emotions that make me ill
Whether sick to the stomach or skill
I vomit spit acidic hitting the grill
Can I keep my zen or will I destroy what I’ve built
Damn I’m feeling like Will”
These are just the tip of the iceberg for the rising rapper breaking the mould.
