Rising Alternative Hip-Hop artist Kwoli Black drops his new single “Wake Up” which sees him collaborating with rapper Lex Amor. Over the sombre and melancholic soundscape provided by Kwoli’s longtime collaborator JSTRNGS (Ojerime), both Kwoli and Lex share their experiences dealing with anxiety, depression and the need to be vocal about these delicate issues. The vocalists hold nothing back as they display pure vulnerability with their openess and candid lyrics that bring listeners closer to the situation.
pour their frustrations on wax in their own distinct way.
