Put together by Substantial, Pop Show Japan, Toramaru Entertainment and The General Store: Peaceland is a commemoration and celebration of the life of Nujabes. Following on from the Eternal Soul tribute concert that went down in Japan last summer, this event provides many fans who were unable to travel to Japan with an unforgettable experience in the U.S.
Hosted by Truth (of Gods’illa) the night of jazz and hip-hop will feature live performances from artists who worked with Nujabes himself. Confirmed guests in effect include Bop Alloy (Substantial & Marcus D), Apani B and Pase Rock.
This truly will be a historical moment to honour Nujabes, and especially if you’re in the U.S… attendance is a no brainer.
