Found this over at WeAreFlyHigh, it’s about a week late but had to put this up. There’s been some real tough stuff coming out of Sacramento over the last few years, and the Fly High page has it all pretty much sewn up.
Lee Bannon has been making big moves for a while now, has tracks for Inspectah Deck, Big Shug and Zumbi (of Zion I) in his production credits taking that SAC sound to a much wider audience. If you haven’t already, check his “Me&Marvin” EP from last summer for some ill production and features.
Joining him on this mixtape is a dope young emcee Chuuwee, who is a perfect example of the new generation of hard-working talent coming from Sacramento, he comes nice with the rhymes too. Check out past projects from both artists, there’s a lot out there and well worth the dig.
