Benjamin Brown – Be Free

We kick off the list with a dreamy cut from budding producer Benjamin Brown. The cut titled “Be Free”  has a solemn vibe with its mellow textures, warm basslines and soothing vocal samples to match.  The producer also gave us some insight into the creation of the beat as follows “This is the first song I made when I first went overseas by myself for the first time, an feel it really captures the sense of expanding your imagination – especially when you first travel independently”

Solid effort if you asked us. Hit the play button and do give the producer a spin or two.

 Fuzzy luv – Capocollo.

Jersey City, NJ based Fuzzy Luv’s “Capocollo” beat is pretty intriguing for the most part. It has a solid cinematic feel that immediately transports you into the dramatic scene in a throwback movie. The use of ominous strings and those throbbing bassline make for a solid listening from start to finish. The track was inspired by The Sopranos‘ Silvio Dante. “Capocollo” is from his upcoming debut beat tape “Meat Tape”, a project inspired by various deli kinds of beef, on another note, Fuzzy is vegetarian.
