Vocab Slick joins forces with the one and only Zion I for this lyrical dense track titled “Stay Focused.”  Backed by the moody but punchy backdrop courtesy of Surebert & Samarei, the duo craft solid flows that blend bravado with insightful elements. Vocab Slick leads the charge with his impassioned style and evocative lyrics followed by Zion I’s gem-filled performance.

The visuals are directed by Starski, who provides some slick cut-aways of various sections of Oakland as well as performance shots of Vocab and Zion delivering their verses in a foggy, dimly lit area. It’s a fitting counterpart to the track itself and their careers as well, both of which are steeped in showing love for their stomping grounds and the art of emceeing.
