Yorkshire emcee Doberman teams up with Bristol-based beatmaker Preposition (founder of The Jazz Hop Cafe ) for this coffee themed track titled “Hey Presto.” Over  Preposition’s smooth jazz-infused production, Doberman takes time to entertain the listeners with deft-defying flows that touch on the challenges of having a regular job and being an artist. Far from being rueful or gloomy, he keeps the topic light as he peppers his lyrics with coffee/beverage references.

The video was shot in Stanton’s Coffee, an independent coffee shop based in North London and directed by James Stanton who co-owns the cafe. Here, he captures Doberman as a creative coffee barista who thrills his customers with his verbal gymnastics while explaining the wide variety of mouth-watering beverages from the menu.
