London-born musician/actor Truman unveils his single  “BEER KNIGHTS,” a dark and bleak look at the daily struggles of the common man. Over Jakwob’s dark production, Truman takes listeners into the oft-overlooked part of the city where pressure, chaos and stress cover the atmosphere like a thick cloud of smoke. Indie act KCX shares with listeners the gritty details of addiction in his new release “CANT BE TRUSTED”. Over a smooth guitar-laden backdrop, he reflects on his flaws and shortcomings with an expressive melodic flow. Powerhouse rapper/producer duo Big Dese and Mike Martinez just announced their eleventh collaborative album, Tommy DeSimone, with the lead track “Flea Collars” featuring Brooklyn-based OG emcee The Bad Seed. The result is a unfiltered bar fest filled with graphic imagery, funny quips and expressive flows. The album ‘Tommy DeSimone’ will be on all streaming services on February 20th!. Switzerland-based singer/songwriter/producer MISS C-LINE returns with her new single “I’ll Be Alright,” a warm and uplifting piece about self-healing and inner peace amid life’s chaotic times. Backed by the solemn and soulful production by her longtime collaborator Berlin Lama, MISS C-LINE takes us on a spiritual healing journey with her hypnotic melodic style and heartfelt lyrics. Italian rapper Ari Selva returns with “Il Rabdomante,” a hard-hitting piece laced with punchy and cinematic boombap soundscapes with insightful bars. Charlotte, North Carolina-based rapper Akanimo pours his heart and true feelings on wax in his new single “Crazy Work.” He doesn’t mince his words as he confronts the problems head-on to find a true solution. UK-based vocal-led 5-piece nu-soul / RnB band known as The Foo Birds caught our ears with their new release “Feel It at All”. The track is a rousing, soulful piece that highlights raw vocals with layered arrangements and heartfelt songwriting. Producer/composer Slowe (AKA Sophie Hawes) returns with their new single “How Hard Can It Be?,” a smooth summery soul/R&B infused track that explores life changes and the difficulties in pushing through the doldrums. “Just Like That” is a modern jazz/boombap track from emerging rapper/producer John Brown. Over the self-produced cinematic backdrop featuring scenic horn passes, moody pads, and punchy drums, the emcee reflects on how life can change in a split second.

Detroit, MI-based rapper/label owner Moschino Jones drops by with his new release “GRAB A COAT,” which finds him reflecting on his life’s journey over a soulful backdrop provided by myles. Emerging artist Enzeno links with singer Iyda Sierra for “Fate’s One Look,” an insightful piece about how fate and destiny collide. Ukraine-based rapper Лупа Грабуздов joins our playlist with “Суспільство спектаклю,” a laid-back boombap cut that references the French philosopher Guy Debord’s famous work. The lyrics dive into the concept of external and internal worlds of the masses and propaganda proliferated through mass media. Essentially, it examines the disparity between those living through the war in Ukraine and how the situation is portrayed to outsiders. “Fentanyl Fultz” is the new single from rapper/producer Tone Fultz, aka MESSIAH OF MADNESS, who is working on his forthcoming album, Bare Knuckle Boom Bap. The track samples a classic horn riff and is punctuated by the rapper’s gruff and commanding vocals. Vocab Slick‘s “Golden Brush” is a concept track that highlights the art of lyricism. Backed by a smooth, punchy backdrop, the emcee blends rich wordplay with engaging storytelling, taking listeners on a creative journey. king Gret puts in work with the aspirational track “Motion,” which is punctuated by slick piano riffs and punchy drum grooves. Jah Gordy‘s “Before We Go” is a bouncy, funk-laden R&B jam for the lovers out there living their lives and a reminder to soak in the moment before it all fades away.
