Australian-Bangladeshi recording artist Saif teamed up with singer/songwriter Samin Ahmed for this reflective and insightful track titled “Celebration.” Over a soul-infused drill soundscape, Saif shares his trials and tribulations as a first generational Kiwi/Australian.
Don Junior – “KEEP AWAY”.
Don Junior and D.Lector deliver this blistering jam “KEEP AWAY” to our earshot. Over a rousing synth-driven backdrop, the emcees deliver hard-hitting bars from start to finish.

Nec Nymbl and Sankofa team up for “Set With a Win,” a classic jazz-boombap piece ripe with engaging lyricism about the ups and downs of life. This is as reflective as they come and lovers of 90s hip-hop would surely love it.
Young Duane Gibson x D.O. Gibson x December Rose – “Write Your Own Story”
“Write Your Own Story” is a heartfelt and aspirational track from Young Duane Gibson , D.O. Gibson and singer December Rose. The track aims to motivate and encourage listeners not to dwell on setbacks but rather continue to push on because the past doesn’t define us. The single is the first from the first Children’s Album.
PAX the humanoid – “For The Love” DOWORK
PAX the humanoid and DOWORK remind us that they do it “For The Love” in their latest collaboration. The production is punchy and somewhat anthemic and fits the celebratory and reflective lyrics from the emcees.
Teknik x Mic Righteous – “All In”.
North West London-based rapper Teknik and Mic Righteous team up for “All In.” The track is bolstered by a cinematic and dark soundscape underpinned by vivid and engaging rhyme schemes from both emcees.
Travy – “Master Shifu”
Nigerian-born, Irish-raised rapper Travy taps into his zen in his new release “Master Shifu.” The mid-tempo track has a blend of dark trap with Oriental string instruments and his fiery raps. Travy steps up to the podium with his stylish nd expressive flow and boastful raps which makes references to Master Shifu from the Kung-Fu Panda movies.
DMGDZ – “BOP”.
DMGDZ drops a solid “BOP” on this week’s playlist. The hard-hitting anthem features Grizzy, Wynter, and Mat Wav and the result is an all-out verbal onslaught laced with a memorable hook.
JaWan x Javier Starks – “Bad Bitch”
Rising R&B artist JaWan teams up with Javier Starks for “Bad Bitch”, a self-empowering tune that explores toxic relationships and the journey to growth and self-healing. The beat is warm and soothing and her vocal runs are rich and alluring.
