ETDub – “Can’t Hold Back”

 

ETDub delivers a sublime R&B-infused cut titled “Can’t Hold Back” on our playlist. The production is quite engaging and makes use of different switch-ups and elements ranging from lush textures, thick 808 drums and meloci vocal samples to good measure.

Lunes Leif – “Journey”

Lunes Leif delivers an emotional tune titled “Journey” and it really hist the mark. The production is dynamic and slowly builds up to a climax from the chilled pads to the cinematic strings that come into play.

 

 

Nobel x Fred Paci – “Vacation”

Producers Nobel and Fred Paci take us on a much-needed “Vacation” with their new release. The track has a retro jazz-soul vibe with its sublime horns, mellow keys and summer-tinged pads laced over a mid-tempo drum groove.

 

 

Ludwig del Pino – “Niebla”

Chilean producer Ludwig del Pino changes the mood on the list with “Niebla”, a solemn and melancholic tune that surely tugs at the heart. The slow-moving grooves, sad pads and solemn strings are all underpinned by a rich bassline and gives an overall reflective vibe.

 

 

 

 

1depth – “Double Six”

1depth in conjunction with Chill Moon Music delivers this smooth LoFi boom-bap tune titled “Double Six”. The use of dark strings, lush piano movements and cinematic strings is quite engaging. He also throws in a French vocal sample and other subtle elements into the mix for good measure.

 

 

 

Spicytoast – “Serenity”.

German producer Spicytoast helps soothe our spirits with “Serenity”. The aptly titled track has a moody and nostalgia-inducing atmosphere with its slick arpeggios, pads and rich key arrangements.

 

 

Halfspeed – “Easy”

Høusplant and Halfspeed give us some bright and summer vibes in their new collaboration titled “Easy”. The guitar-laden track is ripe with lush riffs and smooth basslines to boot and will surely please the ears.

 

 

 

calmspirit – “Dreamland”

calmspirit‘s “Dreamland” is just what the doctor ordered and it serves as the soothing and peaceful medicine we need in these crazy times. From the mellow tones, dreamy pads and solemn synths, the producer sure gives us something to take away our stress for the time being.

 

Go Outside – “Dream Sequence Pt. 2 (Muni Remix) / Muni”

Go Outside, Wavefiler and Muni team up for  “Dream Sequence Pt. 2 (Muni Remix) / Muni”. The track is as dynamic and atmospheric as they come with its ethereal pads, sublime arpeggios and sparse grooves. The overall feel sure gives listeners a solemn and nostalgic vibe.

 

 

strewing – “Cloudless Sky”

 

 

“Cloudless Sky” is a lofi soul piece delivered to us by producer strewing who is not new to us. The producer makes use of a summer-tinged vibe with bright-colored guitar arrangements and mellow textures to accentuate the uplifting aura of the track.

 

 

jakohitsdifferent – “Not Today”

German producer jakohitsdifferent enters our list with “Not Today”, a chilled soulful jam ripe with crisp guitar plucks, warm pads and snapping drum grooves to boot.

 

 

 

 

 

Anthony Menzia – “Intelligence is Not a Winning Survival Trait”

 

Anthony Menzia takes us on an epic aural journey with his new release “Intelligence is Not a Winning Survival Trait”. The track is a cinematic piece that slowly builds up with distorted synths, dark textures and punchy but sparsely arranged drums. The overall mood is quite ominous for the most part and gives listeners a sense of urgency and suspense from start to finish.

OuYu – “Night View”

 

Taiwan-based producer OuYu‘s “Night View” is a smooth mix of thick boom-bap drums with electronic elements. The synths are lush and the dark pads all come together seamlessly.

 

 

G.A.D & Shoji – “Chopsticks (launch day)”

 

Instrumentalists G.A.D & Shoji make their first entry on our blog playlist with “Chopsticks (launch day)”. The track is as dynamic as they come and features a blend of live instrumentation with eclectic sampling techniques blending lush textures, horns, rich guitar riffs and vibrant grooves together.

 

 

 

 

FinnCaulfield – “You’re So Always”

Emerging producer FinnCaulfield gives us a glimpse from his stash with his new release “You’re So Always”. The beat is as off-kilter and experimental as can be. The glitch effects, dark synth arrangement, vocal chops and airy textures all play off each other in a unique and engaging manner.

 

 

Pokesh – “Shape of My Heart”

Pokesh and Dumage give his own rendition of Sting’s “Shape of My Heart”. The track follows a mellow path with its soft grooves, slow progression and use of subtle inflections in the chords as well. Different, unique and well-crafted.

 

 

Jetfueljayy – “leisurely”

 

Jetfueljayy switches up the vibe with this jazz-soul-infused track titled “leisurely”. The key progression is sublime and engaging and the soft horns all come together like white on rice.

 

fihauchi. – “last day of school”

 

fihauchi gives us a taste of what “last day of school” is like with this sublime and atmospheric tune. The use of snippets of kids playing and surreal pads and guitar plucks really accentuated the theme of the track.

 

leen one – “buakhao”

 

“buakhao” is a solemn lofi/soul track from UK producer leen one. The track is quite dreamy and the way he arranges the soft guitar plucks with the moody pads is brilliant and they play off each other nicely.

 

Lo-Fi Luke – “Evergreen”

 

Swedish producer Lo-Fi Luke help close our playlist with “Evergreen”. The track is as soft as candy and makes use of lush textures, rich guitar plucks and a solid bassline driven groove to match.
