Lyric Ensemble – “Divine Dynasty”.

“Divine Dynasty” is the latest release from multi-talented music producer Lyric Ensemble  who helps open up this week’s playlist. The track is a pot-pourri of sounds ranging from jazz/soul and modern boom-bap peppered with cinematic aesthetics. From the steady drum groove, progressive music arrangement that take listeners from one end of a spectrum to the next. Another look at the production shows layered techniques that combines soft keys, airy bell-like synths, scenic strings with horns and a pulsating bassline to beef things up.

 

Kengi – “One More Time”.

Kengi eases into this week’s playlist  with “One More Time,” a warm piano-driven piece laced with lush textures and groovy drums.

 

 

Benny Brassic – “On a misson”.

Benny Brassic taps into the 90s with “On a misson”. The track reminds one of ATCQ and early Dilla sounds. The atmospheric jazz-textures used are bolstered with snapping boom-bap drums, heavy basslines and soulful plucks.

The final track for this week’s playlist is brought to us by 64LUXURY in the form of “Fantasy.” The track is an upbeat futuristic trap banger laced with layered synths, bass-heavy drums and cinematic leads and a bit of aggressive punch.
