Token shares the visual for his single “Sip” which hypothetically looks at being under the influence and texting his ex.  The production by Jon Glass has a sublime and relaxing vibe that matches Sip’s laidback flow and evocative lyrics. On the single’s meaning, Token says, “Sip”’ is a drunk text to my ex that I never sent. It’s me toasting and celebrating what’s going on in my life, but just wishing she was here to celebrate with me.” “Sip” also displays Token’s range as an artist, showcasing his softer vocals with a lyrical tone that’s more introspective and vulnerable from his past work.

The visual is quite eye-grabbing and makes use of performance shots with Token being tipsy and pulling crazy antics in full view of bar patrons who watch in despair. It is directed by Ben Proulx and Token himself.
