Portland-based songstress Thythy (tee-tee) caught our ears with her new single “Higher Ground,” which blends that classic soul/R&b and hip-hop vibes. From the warm basslines, nostalgic chords, and head-nodding drums, Thythy comes through with her eye-grabbing melodic runs and evocative pen game.

The track has a retro-fitted vibe and will appeal to lovers of 90s soul music and it’s quite engaging from start to finish. Thythy is currently working on her fourth project.

Thythy (tee-tee) is a 24 year old singer and songwriter from Portland, OR. Her genre is boundless as she pulls from an eclectic pool of sounds inspired by R&B, alternative rock, and early 2000’s pop.
