This is the first video clip from Chi-town native Phil The Artist. The last time I heard from homie was on the dark ‘All Black’ which featured a fellow chi town emcee Bella Bahhs. The song in question ‘Narcotic User’ which is self produced is anthemic and engaging. Sonic wise Phil keeps it pretty edgy while his stream of consciousness flow stays constant. I won’t knock the kid’s hustle if this is what keeps him in line, he definitely has something different for everyone who care to listen.
