New Orleans-native lyricist, rapper, singer and producer Pell teams up with electronic R&B singer, songwriter and DC-based producer Imad Royal on his newest single titled “Simple and plain”.  The single “Simple and Plain” follows Pell’s recent releases of “Greyhound,” “Fallback” and “Hear Me,” and showcases a smooth summery soundscape that fits his rich, alluring vocal performance. The track as Pell puts it is all about restarting old connections. he dwells on re-igniting the spark between an old flame despite the disagreement between them- he feels what brought them together can keep them together

Pell is accompanying singer Doja Cat on her Amala Tour this October in select cities, scheduled to be performing on October 14th in New York at the Music Hall of Williamsburg.”Simple and plain” is the third single in a lineup of slated releases to come via the Payday label, in which Pell will be dropping one song a month through the end of this year.
