MaLLy has been bubbling for quite some time now in Minneapolis, Minnesota and surrounding areas. After working on The Last Great for sometime down with The Sundance Kid, MaLLy was celebrating it’s release at First Avenue’s 7th Street entry. Before he took the stage, he was kind enough to sit down and chop it up with me about the record’s response, recording issues, Minneapolis’ Hip Hop scene, hotspots and how he planned to prepare for Soundset.
