Emerging Virginia Beach-based rapper Khi Infinite delivers this bouncy yet introspective single titled “LOVE FOR YAH” where he reminisces on his family and how his career path has made it a bit difficult to see them as often as he should. Over a smooth soulful production, Khi Infinite delivers a melodic flow ripe with reflective lyrics that everyone can relate to. The song was produced by Infinite’s producers David Scheman and Orion Meshorer.
The visual follows Khi Infinite in his hometown of Virginia hanging with a host of friends but it seems he has a lot on his mind as he reflects on all those who have supported him since he started his career. The visual makes use of interesting motifs and performance shots that focus on his friends performing the song itself while Infinite stays silent for the most part. This is quite interesting and also alludes to the rapper’s profound thoughts on his friends and family. With shots of his mother and brother in the video, there is no question that this video has quite a bit of sentimental meaning behind it for Infinite
“LOVE FOR YAH” is taken from Khi infinite’s forthcoming EP Take What you Need.
