Intuition

Indie hiphop artist Jthurston reveals his mission statement in his new single “Intuition.” The track is built on a solemn and atmospheric soundscape comprising moody pads, sublime vocal-like pads, with bass-heavy drums. Here, he shares his views on the world through the lens of skepticism. From finding his personal peace, balanced with the never-ending life struggles to the domino effect of having a stance, he gives listeners an insight-filled track. Lines like

“I’m better off alone I can see what type of time you on
I call it intuition I call it intuition
I know something you don’t know I won’t let too many people in or I’ll feel
Too exposed I say when to go, don’t need a cue to go”

echo the sentiments of a man who is somewhat jaded but still hopeful for a better tomorrow.
