Hatter‘s newest release “Cold Again” showcases his willingness to try something new and the result is pretty solid. The track sees him working with Brighton based producer Husky (NineSixHoncho) who crafts a trap-infused broody joint ripe with smooth textures and reflective horns.

Hatter sure gets into his element on this tune and looks back at several situations in life from a very sober mindstate. The verses are delivered with emotion and veritable conviction as he draws from life experiences to convey his message. He also peppers the track with a catchy melodic hook that takes a page from commercial emo-trap but with, I dare say, more substance.

Get it on Apple Music and Deezer.
