Australian singer/songwriter Ethan French caught our attention with his brand of R&B/Bedroom pop/Jazz-infused musical styles. As an accomplished composer with multiple composition awards under his belt, Ethan has continued to rise amongst his peers with his unique take on bedroom pop. His latest release “i don’t mind” is a heartfelt love ballad that explores the unwinding road to love and how one can be fully immersed in it for better or worse. The self-produced track showcases Ethan’s rich vocals and progressive production techniques. The pianos are the focal point and his use of soft counter grooves and warm pads to underpin his light airy vocals is brilliant as well.
