After dropping the upbeat single “Where you been”, Brain Rapp finally presents his latest body of work form which the aforementioned single was taken from. The EP in question is titled Elevator Music and it’s also a collaborative effort with producer Nature Boi. The 7 track EP-while short- attempts to present Brain Rapp at his best. The songs here are mainly laid back, somewhat dark and light hearted in content but engaging nevertheless.

“Watch the foot work,I’m going in from the intro.”

The underdog story is not one new to rap culture, in-fact it’s one of the fundamental pillars hip-hop was built on. With his latest iTunes liberated body of work, Maryland emcee Brain Rapp sets out to beat the odds and shatter all stereotypes associated with your typical “white rapper”. Backed by production from frequent collaborator and Dope Music Village label mate, Nature Boi, the 7 track EP proves to seamlessly outline a well constructed coming of age audio-biography.
