Jaye Rsvd ‘s new release, “SMAX,” is an unapologetic take on annoyances and people who fake their true feelings. Backed by a dark soundscape, featuring an ominous flute-like synth, dark textures and downtempo crunchy drums, Jaye Rsvd expresses his disdain for those folks with lines like “Steady scrolling on my phone/Turning hypnotist, all I see is hypocrites/I’m like fuck a status/’cause I had it/All you clout chasers after all the plastic, fake boobies shaking bitches…” He surely doesn’t sugarcoat his annoyance and continues to poke fun at the weirdoes and wannabes who live on the internet.
