Welcome to TWIB’s Weekly Top 10 Videos. This is a segment where we look at some exceptional visuals from various acts around the globe. The music video format has been around for decades, through the 90s and 2000s, and it has taken flight from multi-million dollar budget music videos to mid to low-budget videos with exceptional features. In this section, we will not discriminate but highlight some creative visuals on our radar.

Again, we promise to bring you the best, from high- to low-budget, animated to DIY, and, first and foremost, the most creative visuals we can source.

Prolific producer sleeping with shoes on brings us closer to serenity with their latest release “Ocean Blue.” The Long Beach, CA-based native crafted an atmospheric and soul-stirring piece ripe with soft melodic tones, airy pads and keys with sublime horn passes laced over a sparse drum groove. Overall, feels like a trippy afternoon dream like sequence where sorrows are melted away.

 

 

𝓣𝓱𝓸𝓯𝓾 – “Walk of Life”

Prolific producer 𝓣𝓱𝓸𝓯𝓾 returns to our playlist with “Walk of Life,” a plucky track with bright guitar riffs, warm textures and a sturdy headnodding groove to match. The track is the tenth track from his weekly instrumental release campaign that will last for one year.

 

Nathan Kersey-Wilson – “Aurora”.

Nathan Kersey-Wilson and Spective team up to bring us  “Aurora,” an ethereal piece that evokes solemn and sombre feelings. The slow build-up, lush keys and sublime sound design really takes the cake.

 

 

Zen Miyako – “Prism”

Japanese music producer Zen Miyako caught our ears with his new single “Prism.” It’s a blend of modern jazz with soft pop vibes and contemporary elements. The keys are soft, the horns have an airy vibe and the overall feeling of it is quite reflective.

 

 

Geoffrey Van Buyten – “Deep Sleep”.

Geoffrey Van Buyten leads us into “Deep Sleep” with their new release. The track slowly builds-up with sparse guitar-laden backdrops, atmospheric textures and use of ambient noise which adds a calming effect to it.

 

 

Jye Dye – “Let It Rain”.

 

Jye Dye‘s “Let It Rain” is a piano-laden lofi piece that also uses contemporary elements. The slow progressive keys, plucky guitars and atmospheric textures all come together like peas in a pod.

 

Jetfueljayy – “ambrosia”

Jetfueljayy  raises the energy of the playlist with this upbeat summer-tinged track titled “ambrosia.” It really lives up to it’s title as the bright guitar licks, atmospheric pads and use of ocean waves and subtle ambient noise adds that extra relaxing feeling.

 

 

Jonny Alias – “Dream a little Dream”

Danish music producer Jonny Alias returns to our playlist with “Dream a little Dream,” which showcases his versatility. The producer uses sparse and dyanmic arrnagement techniques to create depth and emotion by employing mellow progressive chords as well.

 

 

 

smplsmth – “NDLS”.

smplsmth and miracle team up for “NDLS,” a relaxing piece that evokes sadness and reflective thoughts after a loss.

 

 

 

 

Slowheal – “Circles”.

“Circles” by producer Slowheal  is another brilliant piece that we had to put on the playlist for it’s emotionally punchy sound.

 

 

lofi owl – “Echoes Of The Library”

lofi owl returns to the study theme with “Echoes Of The Library” which captures the vibe of the library and the element of silence and concentration.

 

 

 

DertyLee – “Lonely Road”

Greek producer DertyLee leads us on the “Lonely Road,” with this ambien and atmopsheric soundscape to accompany us all the way.

 

 

 

Ludwig del Pino – “The spring in your eyes”.

Ludwig del Pino delivers thie heartfelt and soothing piece titled “The spring in your eyes.” The track is ana ode to that special someone who lightens up our hearts.

 

 

Chill4est – “Morning at Mojo’s”

Chill4est helps close this week’s playlist with “Morning at Mojo’s,” a mid-tempo reflective track that captures the essence of the early morning vibes.
