Chi-town native Kittn‘s “Turn It Up” caught our attention with its timeless message and upbeat energy. A true student of the game, she found a way to merge message-driven raps peppered with head-nodding contemporary beats. On “Turn It Up” she takes time to clear her mind from all the troubles while also paying homage to those who came before her and how she misses some of the good old hip-hop. Kittn sure offers a nice refreshing take with her honest lyrics and raw confident performance over the frenzied production.
She is currently based in New York. Get “Turn It Up” on Deezer and Apple Music.
