Boonie Mayfield – Heartbreak Therapy

Denver based hip-hop/soul producer Boonie Mayfield released Black Koolaid back in September.  I first got wise to “Boon Docs” talent through his production on Mr. J. Medeiros’ EP The Art of Broken Glass, and have since been all ears for his activity.  This release displays a lot of styles and even features Stro Elliot, but for me its strong points are the more moodier pieces scattered throughout, such as the above.  Happy listening, and support what you can via the link…
