‘Insulin’ is an interesting tune from new comer Waju, who is an LA-based emcee. From what I garnered, he is currently working on his full length debut titled Something Special but he blesses us with this gripping video as a precursor. The clip plays out like a short movie in which we see Waju meandering the streets of San Fran in noir mode. I won’t give up most of the vid but it does end with a cliff hanger.

Tune in and get with the program

Los Angeles, CA – Before releasing his debut album, “Something Special”, Nigerian-American artist Waju traveled to San Fransico for “Insulin”, a short film with the intent to shed light on the corrupt justice system and pay respects to Trayvon Martin, Oscar Grant, and the countless other victims of racial profiling. Japanese production house OilWorks provides the soundtrack for the $queeze Williams directed visual. Waju has been away crafting his debut album “Something Special” and is almost ready to share it with the world.
